I’ve been making art with my neighbours on the Packington - a housing estate in central London - for twenty years. The book gathers the work created between 2003 and 2023 giving an intimate glimpse into our changing community. The book includes a conversation between fellow artist Andrea Zimmermann and I about the politics of social housing and the in and outs of working on your own doorstep.
